1. Processing Time

All products are made to order.
Processing takes:

• 2–5 business days for hoodies & T-shirts

• 1–3 business days for accessories and devotionals

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order is processed, shipping time depends on your location.

United States (Standard Shipping):

• 3–7 business days

International Shipping:

• 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holiday volume.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

5. Wrong Address / Address Issues

Please double-check your mailing address before submitting your order.

If you enter an incorrect address:

• We cannot replace or refund the order.

• Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

If the package is returned to us, we can reship it at your expense.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

9th Hour Success is not responsible for:

• Packages marked “delivered” but stolen

• Carrier delays

• Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact your delivery carrier first.

7. Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

• Incorrect address

• Failure to pick up/package refused

You will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

8. International Customs & Fees

For international customers:

• Customs fees, taxes, or import charges are not included in your order total.

• These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

• We cannot control delays caused by customs.

9. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 1 hour of purchase.
After production begins, we cannot make changes.
